Installation

MTAK-1 Mounting Kit (Supplied)

The mounting bracket is a standard accessory that is supplied with all multi-sensored probes.

The MTAK-1 mounting bracket has an integral cleaning device. All metal component are manufactured from stainless steel.

MTAK - 2 Mounting Kit (Optional Extra)

Extended mounting bracket provides up to 300mm of wall clearance to suspend probes.

PROBE SELECTION

Probe Models

Multitrode offers a wide range of standard probes.

  • Single-sensor Probes are 200mm in length + Cable.
  • Three-sensor Probes are 500mm in length + Cable.
  • Ten-sensor Probes are 1000mm in length, increasing in 500mm increments to a maximum of 9 metres.
  • Standard cable lengths for all probes are 10, 20 or 30 metres.
  • NOTE Custom probes can be made to your requirements.

MTISB INTRINSICALLY SAFE BARRIER

The MTISB Intrinsically Safe Barrier is certified intrinsically safe for operation in hazardous areas including Zones 0,1 and 2. SAA Certificate number Ex2018X.

The MTISB is a 5 or 10 channel Barrier unit for use with MultiTrode probes and control equipment. It eliminates the risk of dangerous energy levels entering the explosive environment where the level probe is located. It is approved for use in sewerage pump stations, digestors, mining, gas regulator pits and other hazardous locations.
